Under Settings menu you have:

1. Monthly Rent Due Date

2. Auto Rent Collection Status Generation

3. Rent Reminder

1. Monthly Rent Due Date

You can set the day tenants are expected to pay rent monthly. Changes made here will be reflected in the rent receipt.

1. Auto Rent Status

You can set the rent status generation so that, on your selected date and time, the Rent Collection Status page will automatically generate the rental status. The selected date should be before the Rent Reminder date, as reminders are sent based on the Rent Collection Status date

1. Rent Reminder

Enabling the Rent Reminder setting will automatically send rent payment notifications via email to your tenant on the selected date and time each month. You can enable or disable reminders for individual tenants if you do not want to notify a particular tenant.
